Flash Boot.img

Go into Recovery and Wipe data, dalvik-cache, system

Go into Advanced and wipe Dalvik Cache

Now go to install and choose the Zip File

Reboot

Once it Boots, Reboot back into CWM

Flash The Z-Fusion Mod

Reboot..
